We highlight athleticism by using compound movements. We use barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and free weights. Every workout is tied to performance and results are recorded. This is a unique style of fitness designed to your athletic ability. Everyone may benefit from this style of fitness including beginners whose goal is weight loss, or seasoned athletes who may have lost the edge and desire to refuel their competitive nature.
